Information you send us
When you use the proposal request form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, and any phone number, company, role, project information, and links you choose to include. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a proposal, and carry out work you engage us for.
How it is handled
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service and may be screened by Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. These providers process the data only to deliver those services. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. The spam check on the form may set a cookie that is strictly necessary for that check.
Retention and your choices
We keep project correspondence as long as needed for the project and our professional records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted where we are not required to keep it, email [email protected].
